The fence at our northwest corner bordering Felicita Plaza has been heightened. The old fence at this spot was only 3' high and presented easy access to our complex; raising the fence will reduce this vulnerability. The cost was shared between Vermont Villas and Felicita Plaza. Here are before and after pictures of the area:
